One way to increase the PR of your website in search engines is to build backlinks. But you must take into account the attention of some of the features of building backlinks.

I agree with you all the point about contextual link but were not satisfied with the "contextual links, not a regular link, can be removed by the time" The majority of paid links removed by the webmaster after a certain period of time.

There is on site SEO and off site SEO. You have to focus on both. On the site needs SEO optimization of page titles and keywords for the page design and site map.
