Can you tell me what is a wordtracker?

I heard this word "wordtracker" many times, but never find out about it. Recently someone told me that is a very useful SEO tools. Please if anyone knows about it, then explain to me what it is and why it is very useful.

I heard about it, a lot of webmasters use and they say its worth paying for ... but I still believe Google keyword external tool in the search for keywords.
