Something like that - it means that you have exceeded or exceeded the limits of use or Server.

Perhaps this is the problem of server resources - memory, processing, etc.
If the bandwidth problem, it would indicate a fault until the end of the month.

Please contact your host and ask them what caused the error. They should be able to tell you, with what you might do to eliminate errors.

You get this error because you exceed CPU / RAM / inode limit.Ask your server administrator what the limits are and what you hit to break. You can check the resource usage of your account by logging into your cPanel and click on "Resource Usage" icon.
