For the benefit of members of the new soldiers, please enter all suggestions or ideas on how to determine or know that your traffic is not Bot.
You know, have the right and the actual traffic is what everybody is looking for.
Herewith I:
I think one of the best things we can do is to check the IP address, header sending visitors (most robots do not send the header, user agent, etc.) and how long it stays on your site.
Of course, we still can not be sure whether it was real or BOT but at least we have some guidelines here.

You can see the pattern of user activity. If all of them hit just one page and never click deeper into your site. It was a red flag.

Google analytics is really good because it did not count bots, if you have then you'll know you pretty well unique visitors.

Installing Google Analytics on your site. This software is good at recognizing what visitors are bots and which are a real human being.

1. check the user agent string for the clear words that show such a bot ", spider, crawler bots". Yes, maybe the bot?
2. The honey pot! Use CSS to hide the link so they can only be accessed if you look at the HTML code of the underline. If the hidden link is accessed, then maybe bots.
3. Track your time on the page. If some pages under 200ms, then maybe bots.
4. lack of referrer? Yes, maybe the bot?
5. Do load images? No, maybe the bot?
