Hello I'm currently using traffic ad bar which gets me a lot of traffic, but does that actually hold any value other than making your stats look better.

LOL, the only people that profit from Traffic Exchanges are the ones that own them. You need quality endorsed traffic....you probably have to buy it

Oh you're using the system so you are in the best position to tell all of us if it's giving you any value. How about it? What's it doing for your bottom line?

Personally, I am not in the game for great stats.

No, traffic exchange is bad for your site. don't use it. Because the two websites who exchange there traffic don't belong to same niche. In this case both of you will loose traffic without any action. Secondly Search Engines don't like it. So, I would suggest you only go with one way linking.

Traffic exchanges can do more harm than good. If your bound and determined to use them make sure your banner or ad is so awesome that people must click on it because it's so much better than anyone else. Your better off with SEO and SEM. SEM will get you fast traffic now but at a price. SEO is more long term and takes longer but can provide massive traffic if done right.

Traffic exchange is one of the many ways to get traffic to a particular website but I suggest it to be not very much reliable source. The traffic you usually get is of not much use and doesn't help you in your business.
